Audit Protection Service 2024

As each year passes, both State and Federal governments are increasing their tax and compliance audit activities through advances in technology. If you or your business are an unfortunate target of an audit, then our annual Audit Protection Service can be a valuable resource to you or your business.

Even when these audits have found no fault, the accounting fees incurred in addressing all the issues raised, managing the audit process on your behalf, and providing all the supporting documentation, has run into the thousands of dollars. The only positive that has come out of these audits, is that some of these clients were covered by our Audit Protection Service, which has saved them up to $10,000 in professional fees.

For the above reasons, we believe it is important that Lambourne Partners continue to provide an Audit Protection Service to cover your professional fees incurred in acting on your behalf in an audit. This includes all audit, review, or investigations undertaken by the ATO (including income tax, GST, and superannuation related) and other government authorities (including workers compensation and payroll tax).

This service does not automatically extend to you and is on an opt in basis on payment. This service will commence from the date we receive your payment and expires on 30 June 2025 (the payment is tax deductible – so get in before 30 June 2024).

We emphasise that there is no compulsion to agree to this service. However, if you wish to participate, simply attend to the payment.

Participation in the Audit Protection Service is active upon receipt of payment. This document serves as a tax invoice upon receipt of payment. Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
