Lambourne Partners invites you to sponsor our Annual Charity Golf Day

Lambourne Partners’ Annual Charity Golf Day brings together professionals, corporates, and all types of businesses from around Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region for a friendly game of golf. The event has raised over $230,000 for local charities since it began in 2011.

All proceeds this year will go to Emma’s Warriors. Emma’s Warriors is dedicated to making life a little easier for children and families undergoing treatment, or recovering, from serious illness. While initially starting out with Emma providing care kits to children to make the stay in hospital more comfortable, the support has extended to supporting families and siblings. The funds raised at our golf day will go towards supplying Virtual Reality rehabilitation scholarships for children to complete 12 months of VR rehab. A method of helping support children recovering from cancer treatment and its awful side effects often referred to as “Chemo Brain”. Hospitals can’t keep up with the demand and families are often unable to afford the costs with this treatment leaving the children’s progress to suffer. Emma’s Warriors goal is to provide 10 scholarships across a year as well as continue all their other work with seriously ill children and their families.
